Fuark DE day is so fun. 20x2x75% with 1 minute breaks. Followed by snatch pulls. Saw a guy in the gym doing dumbbell curls where he was holding the dumbbell around the plates with both hands, he did this with a really short ROM and super setted it with one legged hops.
Awkward gym moment, when I packed for uni I put condoms and lube in my gym bag because it would be a bit awkward to put them in my suit case and have my parents be like oh interdesting trojan ecstasies. Never took them out, taking my belt out of my bag in the middle of the gym, lube and condoms fall out FUUUUUUUU.

Yeah to be honest I was just doing a snatch grip deads with a kind of dynamic shrug at the top.

I made my own out of a $1.50 foam pool noodle. Just cut them up with a knife and cut slits in them to allow them to slide over a bar. They work great...have gotten good forearm growth.

Shoulders were feeling pretty shitty this morning, just did 10 dislocations, pull aparts and face pulls with a mini band and the pains subsided completely.
I added coffee and ice cubes to my protein shake today. tasted massively better. Like something you'd pay 7 bucks for at Starbucks.

Yeah, I lift in the 90% range most of the time and never really go past 3 reps. High frequency, high intensity, low volume. Hoping a westside template with fuck loads of volume on DE day (doing waves of 75%, 80%, 85%) and a lot of accessory work will put more mass on me. They still look aesthetic, tear drop is looking juicy. Also hoping it will put a lot of mass on my triceps, floor press, close grip press, heavy as fuck (like 3-5 reps) on lying tricep extensions and high rep pushdowns will hopefully work. Gonna do some kind of jerk or push press tomorrow because my bench is way to weak for DE to do anything. Will prob do a few behind the neck jerk doubles, higher volume close grip bench and loads of upper back shit.
