    I buy the 10lb bro tubs and Bacon is right, 2 lbs is the smallest around.

    I've never tasted it with water. Sounds horrible lol. I mix it with either skim or chocolate milk and it's fucking delicious.

    I was just complaining to my gf how I got yelled at today for dead lifting too noisily

    and she said "I'm glad I dont work out at the same time as you, that's really obnoxious. why can't you just lower the weight slowly?"

    I got so real-life mad it was funny.

    We've had serious real-life relationship problems where I haven't been nearly this mad. I was so glad she started going to my gym and taking protein shakes with me and shit - and then to hear her pull this...

    Must be all the testosterone.

    Damn I guess I got lucky. This is the text I got from my gf yesterday when she was deadlifting at the gym.

    "wtf now I have some random gym dude wearing gloves telling me I need to get a belt and that I shouldn't slam the barbell on the ground because I'm going to hurt my back. seriously fuck this shit."

    DC shrugs have my upper back on fire and all swoled up, also strangely helping my shoulder feel better:

    4 sets of 8 reps, ramping up to max set

    each rep consists of a rack pull from the knee, shrug with elbows slightly bent (think beginning of high pull), squeeze for 4 seconds, rack pull eccentric back down to the pins. 8th rep is a squeeze for 10 seconds. nasty ish

    DL PR today. 3x1x295 on my weakest (proportionate) lift. feelsgoodman.

    Nothing like that feeling of getting to the top, dropping the weight and immediately feeling lightheaded enough to drop to my knees. :slayer:

    Now that I've cleaned up my dl form my hamstrings feel like they are going to fucking fall off. Never had DOMS this intense from squatting.
