1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Fuck me. I think I broke my foot. Someone left trash on the road and I ran over it while braking. Bike went down immediately and pinned my foot while it was sliding. Sucks. What about my gainzzzzzzzzzz

Looking lean, good size, too. One thing I'm working on right now (and something that might help you) is building my lats because I feel as though there's that gap between my lower back/stomach and the spot where my lats attach. Larger lats can really alleviate that perception of having more fat than you really do around your lower back/stomach, especially on a bulk.

Looking good TKJTG. Your comp is the same day as mine, right?

Week 2 of my progressive overload winding down.

Bench and squats were stupid easy.

    Deadlifts were felt easy-ish.

Makes me sad because the same days as your competitions I have my exams.

Getting below my chest on pull ups now, could probs do a muscle up if I knew how to kip and my pull up bar wasn't against a wall.

Much better DLs this morning, focused on keeping back/core tight, really pushing hips forward and heels down. Much less back soreness. Hit 3 x 295, getting close to my goal of three plate DL. Insane how easy Charley makes it look.

Pretty hard to get high carbs with really low fat on a refeed day. Macros for the day:

    Totals 2,848 384 51 203

Had to eat loads of sugary stuff, 2 energy drinks, bag of skittles, bread and pasta. Most carbs come equipped with fat. Not sure i need refeed days at 14-15% BF but i feel that my metabolism has slowed a lot in response to the lowered calories so they should help fire it up again.

High carb with low fat ain't hard. My go to carb sources for reefed days are potatoes, rice, natural cereals and fruit. Sugary carb sources isn't necessarily bad on a carb refeed. The carb back loading diet actually claims it's better on a refeed than fibrous, whole grain, or whatever slow digesting "healthy" source.

I usually get some low fat ice cream in my post workout refeed and I know that lots of Leangains clients eat a ton of cakes and sugar down sub 10% bf.

How the hell is it tough to get carbs? If it's really that tough then why not just drink a ton of juice?

Oly shoes for squatting, deadlift slippers for deadlifting, anything for benching.
