im a full on green smoothie d-bag now. 5 days in, i'm having 2 a day and i have more energy/stomach feels good/digestion feels good/etc. blending up 4oz of kale or spinach with 1 large carrot and an apple or berries, looks like sludge and doesn't taste great but its palatable. easy way to get my veggies in. couple that with a bunch of broccoli and a plate of romaine/spring mix at work for lunch and im all greened out
GHR or RDL? or both? My hams get sore from GHR more, but my current program uses RDL. I have to go quite low on RDL to feel it in my hams.
Also leg plyo after/before squats sets?
+1. I see a lot of guys at my gym with twigs for legs. Big upper bodies, but the lower looks pathetic. Mine are awesome, btw.

It shouldn't have taken 5 years to get where I am now. Could have easily been done in 2 if I had taken it seriously.
I was completely DYEL mode then, then went to fat fuck mode a couple years later before finally taking my physique into my own hands(not a masturbation reference).
On another note...delivered a set of twins via c-section today. First ever baby delivery. Felt really, really awesome.
Up to 365 on DL, feels good. I'm not sure if it's because I'm using real (non-hex) plates for the first time in ages, or if I've just finally got the technique right but I'm finally injury/pain free in both squat and DL for the first time in over a year and a half. It's time to shine, baby!
lower back is fucking killing me. It's probably the orthotics i bought.

This is where I'm at after three or so months of training. It's actually been over a four month period but I had to take 1.5 weeks off about a month ago (financial problems), so I lost weight that week and had to deload. Terrible.
BW: 56.2 -> 64
Squat: 20 -> 77.5x5x3
Press: 20 -> 41.5x5x3
Deadlift: 40 -> 85x5
Bench: 20 -> 52x5x3
Power Clean: 0 -> 32.5x3x5
I fear squatting. Ever since I got it over BW I get butterflies in my stomach before doing the work sets. Ridiculous.
Any comments on my form? I know the video is terrible. Change quality to 480p and full screen. My knees seemed to move inward when I struggled with the last few reps. I don't ATG anymore, though my descent still seems a bit too quick.
My weight gain has slowed to 1 pound per week for the past fortnight. After today I need to eat more.
Still lots more work to be done obviously.
Are you going into OB?
Looks good to me. Like you said, just push you knees out more on your ascent.
That IS ridiculous. Worst that's going to happen is you dump the bar. The weight is your friend. Don't be scared.
