    DW fitness has a box to squat to? Is this real life?

    I'm lifting at the american military base gym, but yeah DW also had a box when I lifted there. Doesn't need to be a special box, just like a stool or something you can put plates on to get it to the right height.


    edit: watching super size me. This some bull shit. I could probably get shredded or increase my lifts quite a bit eating mcdonalds every day. Just shit people who can't control themselves. Vegan bitch thinking she's superior because she eats grass, does she even protein? Yes russled.

    holy fuck omni blender owns. im going to turn into a green health drink douche now. blended 4 oz spinach and 4 oz grapes into a smoothie, surprisingly good.

    what an awesome device, i am going to blend chicken now

    I eat at mcdolan's ~1/week. Lost 20lbs in the last 5mon. Made babby gains on all my lifts (surprised I made any at all).

    Fuck mcdonalds im a KFC convert. They actually use british chicken breast in their burgers, no trans fat, and it tastes good especially with gravy.

    Last day of smolov today, also my 5th day of squatting in a row. No DOMS. I will have done 166 squats this week.

    Although i've just been to the gym and worked legs without squats and im kind of wondering why i bother squatting. I dont feel much muscular activation from squats, but i just did 200kg leg press for 3 sets of 15 and my legs were on fire. I think the only reason i squat is because its fun and kind of cool to see how much weight you can load on your back and squat down, leg press is a bit boring and nobody watches a heavy leg press but a 3 plate + squat is impressive in my gym. I'm pretty sure my legs would grow faster with the deadlift and leg press combo though.

    had my cousin procure me some liniment used to treat muscle soreness and injuries in horses. i tell you this stuff is the bomb, fuck icy hot and all the rest.

    putting some on your traps after 6 straight days of weightlifting

    It's the same for me. I don't feel my muscles working a lot when I squat. Least of it in the quads, too.
    Leg press get em sore as hell, but then you don't work your whole body.

    There's this short, fat man in his 50's at the gym. Has a huge belly and looks very DYEL but then he squats 220 kg for reps. He uses all the 20 kg plates in the gym, haha. Last time I looked his bench was like 80 kg though.

    Discovered I can do T-Bar rows and not aggrivate groin soreness. Replacing chins with them on bench day and move chins to leg day. Gonna maintain dat turtle-shell back.
