    ive tried making that protein cake, i think baking soda and milk def helps, but yeah they usually end up really dry.

    it does not work with casein.

    interestingly enough the one that best worked was a multisource protein...

    Wish I had a stand mixer to make fluff, I have serious cravings for sweets. [​IMG]

    TKJTJs peanut butter and whey sludge is the best tasting whey protein best desert i made. Layne Nortons cheese cake pretty good too, doesn't have any whey in it though and its a bit expensive to make.

    lol honestly wouldn't care about shrunken balls. The baldness would suck, though from what I've read you still need the genetic predisposition.

    But I keep telling myself I'll wait until age 27 to try a cycle. Every day it gets harder and harder to avoid PMing knucks and asking him to give me his swole friends' email addresses. :(

    I don't think "age" is really a good variable to go by. I think numbers is, to a point...
    ie: say you bench 225 for 5 now, is drugs a good idea? Eh, I'd think not just because you've got more genetic potential..

    maybe its because i havent squatted or deadlifted in months but i am increasingly jelly of the 70sbig type physique. could not give any less of a fuck about bicep curls at this point but considering theyre on the list of movements that dont hurt, im kinda stuck with them for now

    Please tell me you aren't implying that the guy you posted is natural.

    The dude you posted...if he's 6'0" and 250 pounds in the pic like you said...at MOST sitting at 12% bf(that's VERY generous), that puts him 220lbs of LBM. Fucking LOL if you even for a second think that that's possible naturally.

    Is it common? No. Is it possible? Yes.

    I have a friend who was 270lbs at 5'5 all natural. 20% bodyfat, hydrostatically tested. You do the math.

    Not getting a g a week of test e from an endocrinologist. Also I don't think they give it to you in the way that you could cycle it, so you wouldn't get like 12 weeks worth + AI and PCT. They give you like 300mg a week to stay on because thats how you would treat low t.
