    I've been eating one frozen pizza a week and feeling bad enough about that. One every day would be the easiest 1000 calories ever, but the new york deli one i'm partial to is 24g saturated fat, which i get loads of anyway, plus the general processed crap they make it with.

    Legs looking a lot bigger now you have leaned out! Looks like you are seriously lacking chest development though, especially in the upper part, but i guess thats genetic. Mine is developing the same way:(

    Lagging chest brahs...ever try heavy dumbbell flys? I've seen HUGE results since I've started implementing flys...moreso than I ever got with pressing lifts.

    Increased 1 rep max squat by 10kg yesterday and did 10kg more than that today :)
    Bad idea though deadlifting and squatting 2 days in a row.
    Ah well, just for once...

    Based on the fact that you increased your squat 20kg in 2 days im guessing your a beginner. In that case I wouldn't think theres any harm in squatting 2 days in a row.

    Not really a beginner but I changed my form and set up, hence the improvement. I might also have been squatting a bit too light though.
    Aiming to hit 400kg total on the big three before the end of the year @ 75kg bodyweight. Nothing exceptional but not bad either.

    New squat set up is according to this vid.

    rehab bros: after lifting yesterday my shoulder felt like heck, but it felt better than it did pre-workout yesterday night. same thing today - feels a little funny, not painful though. is this to be expected - minor annoyance post-workout, better post-post workout?

    I saw crossfit in real life. Kipping hanging leg raises, kipping pull ups and walking over head lunges with a 45lb plate. Serious do they put any thought into there exercise selection or is it just yolo every day.

    personal best deadlift today: 1 x 5 at 132.5 kg. Still shitty at bw 86 kg, but some progress atleast. Should probably eat more...
