I've been reading up on the science behind drinking and weightlifting. Seems like if I quit drinking entirely then I'd probably drop 5lbs or so and probably be more cut up. I'm to the point where I could probably be lower body fat, but it would require a significant amount more effort than I'm giving right now in regards to diet. How often do you guys drink?

Once a week tops. Maybe 3-4 drinks.

    Random thoughts:

-I have no idea how the hell I used to eat enough to be fat. Serioussslllyyy having trouble gaining weight past 200. Been stuck for almost two weeks now. Bout to go full retard and just start chugging olive oil.
-Considering no longer locking out for bench press. Apparently it's better for developing the chest.
-Dragonball Z makes the best pre-workout(geeking out over here).

I often will eat a handful or so of almonds or grapes. Every now and then I'll eat popcorn.

tried that yesterday with dumbbells on both overhead press and bench. Basically just did the bottom part of the movement. Was significantly harder then locking out. Felt pretty rough on my shoulders though.

Got those new UU sweatpants today. Pretty slim in the legs and tight around the butt, everywhere else is a good fit. I just can't put them in the drier or else they'll look like yoga pants.

I think it'll be useful for me...particularly because I do chest and front delts on the same day. I think by doing partials that I can work them both equally...rather than being limited by tricep fatigue.

Maybe metabolism changed? I have been eating without abandon trying to gain 5lbs, it is not easy.

Oh bigskipp, I bought the Brooks brothers OCBD's. They're very OCBD'y. I'm considering buying a few more.
