    I did two Tough Mudders, no injuries. Accidents happen when you're doing shit, that's life. Some dude had to be airlifted out of the first one I did. I think he had a heart attack. Only injury I had was a cramped calf lol

    My friend's dad and his friends did it too (mid- to late-50's).

    Gonna eat through all the food in my house before going over to a cleaner diet in preparation for summer cutting. Gonna start creatine again, too. Brought my pills to work to take after lunch so I do it reliably and don't feel sick from swallowing so many pills in the morning.

    Started doing some bodyweight stuff to work my hip extensors to try to get rid of this pelvic tilt/lordosis. Gonna just do it on off days and maybe tweak my lifting prog a little bit so I can work on correcting my posture while lifting heavy. Also started doing Steve Maxwell's hip joint mobility section and will probably incorporate some stretches. Man I'm fucking pumped for it to warm up. I'm motivated as fuck right now.

    - Can any RHET brahs or blokes recommend a solid tea kettle for work? Preferably off Amazon I got some other shit I gotta buy

    To contrast the tough mudder story. Two years ago, a friend of mine's wife's dad was benching 275 in his garage, dropped it on his throat, and died. Life is definitely fragile and shit can happen any time.

    Was he using an open grip? How the hell did he drop it? Whenever I see dudes benching with an open grip I cringe. You got thumbs for a reason.

    I pulled a dick move at the gym yesterday- skinny kid who uses chalk to 1-2 rm 185 on bench (seems to only train in the 0-1 rep range) is always leaving his fucking weights around. Leaves them on the floor, in the squat rack, on the bench, and walks around with his belt on like he owns the place-- so I can't stand him. He failed benching 205 yesterday while I standing next to him. He tried to rack on the lowest hook, but missed it- meanwhile I pretended to just watch TV. It was only when he yelled "ayyyyyyyy!!" that I went over a single-arm curled it up into the rack. Now every time I see him I'm going to pat him on the back, call him "champ", "big guy", or "slick" and tell him to let me know if he needs a spot. KAPOW.

    Does it matter if I get a 12" or 36" roller? I think the 12" will work for what I need to do.

    I don't understand how you can push hard in the gym without rest days, especially while cutting.

    I'm on a 3 split and today is the second day off after DLs, front squats and chin ups. My whole back, butt and legs are still sore. Gonna try to do a 4 split when I start bulking again to get bigger gains and more use of the calories.

    depends on how wide your back is. if you're a big guy, the 12" is gonna get annoying. quick. then again, the 36" is too big if you're going to transport. get The Grid. Nice in between size.
