rofl fuji's gonna fuj
peeing in sinks, highly underrated btw
Tried it once and had some problems with it due to lack of shouldler flexibilty (old snowboarding accident where I lost probably 50% of all mobility and upper angles in my arm )
Will try to do them again now that it's getting better.
Thanks for the link, maplefuturist. I've never gotten sore in the lower back from squatting before but yesterday was first time I squatted over BW. Actually sore as hell in thighs today.
Knucks, I have pretty balanced routine going (basically ASPBR from Iron Addicts) Swapped some exercises like ham raises to rdl's and good mornings and leg press to front squats. My form will probably get better if I take some weight off, do proper warm up, and if I see a specialist about my hip. Form is def better if I just take 10 lbs off the bar.
Pls... no more #YOLO
So much meat.
I left my phone at home, anyone have the lifting shoe circle/butt-rip?
fuuj looks like a pretty cool guy eh pisses in sinks and doesn't afraid of anything
I piss in sinks constantly (0)
fuck my old roommates.
not much meming going on... son i was disappoint
off to uq... let's see how crappy the uu stuff is
A little box jump braggery prompted fuji to demand seeing said box jumps from theom and GN... which resulted in GN splitting his pants.
Both of these fuckers can jump pretty high.
Did DLs today, hit a new 3RM at 265lbs, still pathetic but improving. I keep hearing that you should "pull the slack out of the bar" before DLing. Is "pulling the slack out" akin to pulling back on the bar with your arms until they are completely extended before lifting? This actually seems to hurt the strength of my lift vs. keeping the arms a bit loose and only really tensing during the lift itself.
I also saw someone unrack the bar, jumping up and down holding the bar about 10 times then reracking it. It looked moronic. Is this a real thing?
Got back to NJ without getting lost. Great success.
4loko is disgusting.
lol @ tnation article where 'champion weightlifter' foregoes the power snatch in favor of hang snatch for power production, then proceeds to teach a banged out hang power snatch
I'm going to read all your posts in your voice from now on. lulziness increased 2%
