Just lift it until it gets too hard, only way to know first time.
Set pins below the knee for your first time

    What knucks said.

If it's your first time, start doing them right below your knee cap.

And strap up if you have them and definitely chalk up. Don't sacrifice back work for the sake of grip. If you want to do grip work. Just do a static hold after you're done.

Morning yoga was cancelled due to gym's labor day schedule. Unclear if the change is permanent, but regardless, I woke up at 6:15 for nothing

Those 3 months off of heavy lifting made my hands all bitch-like.

Deadlifts with 465 (2 sets of 5) today tore my hands the hell up.

Checked progress last night, going steady but slow. Going to increase my 5lb jumps to 10lb jumps since I'm doing a 6day cycle, see if that helps at all.

Gained 7 lbs since I started bulking, don't look too chubby so I think I've put on a decent amount of muscle.

Anyone else's arms fall asleep during high-rep squats? Whenever I do my 12's or 20's they always fall asleep. Annoying as fuck.

Gonna try carb-cycling workout/non-workout days. At the very least, it'll keep me from eating the same thing every day.

Thanks for the advice on rack pulls dudes.

Tried em today for the first time. Don't own straps so just used chalk, but seemed okay. I had to stand on bumper plates because our racks our so shitty that you can't set the pins low enough. I can DEFINITELY see how these are going to help mentally handling heavier weight. I thought my arms were going to get ripped out of their sockets rack pulling 5 plates. :slayer:

Bought knit nike lunarglides or something, can't remember the name. Fuuuuark how is it possible for shoes to be this light. Don't know what I'm gonna use them for, I don't do anything athletic and I lift in oly shoes. Maybe I should start sprinting for the lolz.
