Kopped some bronkaid. Aware me on EC stack?
Just search the thread you lazy bastard. Its only been a few days since we had this convo.
Start with a single Bronkaid + 200mg caffeine during your fast if you're doing IF. It's an absolutely amazing appetite suppressant.
If you are training fasted, you can consider using it as a pre-workout. Some people find it a little too intense to work out with, but I found EC stack to be the best PWO I've come across.
On another note, a few weeks ago I made some ghetto fat-grips out of a pool noodle. My forearms have gotten MUCH stronger and noticeably larger in just 3 weeks of using them. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants bigger forearms and stronger grip. Dat burnnnnnnnn
They don't have it at any of the Walgreens around here. We've got a few Kroger stores nearby; do they just have cards for it on the shelves? If so, what section are they in?

Did you actually ask at the pharmacy desks? They don't stock in on the shelves, it's behind the counter. If you ask for it, they'll likely have it. If they have generics, make sure you look at the dosage first. Most of them have a pathetic amount of ephedrine in them and won't do you any good.
what movements do you use them on?
No, I just checked online to see if any of the nearby Walgreens had it in stock, but I guess it makes sense that none of them did if you need to actually get it from the pharmacy.

I haven't tried a pair of APC's in a while, but my first pair were some 28 NC's. I would probably fill out a 32 NS now or a 31 rescue.

Finally squatted 100kg, got 3 reps. Then 95 for 3, 90 for 2 x 5. Felt sick after had to go outside and sit down. Then i ate some oatmeal and eggs with cheese for the first time, which was disgusting and i wont be doing that again.
