Strength is maintained no problem. I can't do as much volume but i'm still pushing decent numbers.

LBM i'm not sure. I feel smaller but not much leaner but that might just be intramuscular fat and water weight.

I'm able to maintain all the "important" muscles at least. Not being able to squat or deadlift due to my ab strain is really frustrating, because I feel like it's holding me back. I'm going to add yoga twice a week to hopefully speed my ab strain healing.

Behaviorally, i'm doing great. I can power through the morning no problem with water/coffee/tea (I just bought a big box of green tea to replace water for its thermogenic properties). My biggest issue is getting enough calories PWO day, specifically in my PWO meal.

I could start doing cardio but I'm not sure it would help. Any opinions?

What Knucks said, also you can use a band instead of a stick until your mobility improves. Up the number/gauge of the bands and narrowness of grip until you can use a stick.

Put up 67.5 on the bench for 3 reps with shitty form. Still an improvement, but i dont think i will make 70 for 3 next week as its feeling seriously heavy, just have to go for more reps at 67. Some guy got told off by a PT for taking his shoes off in the power rack for squats, wtf is this, i always squat and deadlift in my socks, clearly you are in the gym at your own risk. Brb getting told off for lifting heavy weight or benching without a spotter. Also a guy was squatting like 100kg with 5kg plates and then a 15kg plate on the outside of the bar. Am i the only one that always uses as few plates possible and make sure they are in order from big to small.

Feel like I've already asked this, but any good lower back stretches? I do a lot of mobility work and stretching and my lower back seems to always be inflexible. Thinking about just stepping up on a platform, holding 135lbs in a deadlift position, gently lower it down and let my lower back round to get a good stretch. Done this before and it seems to be the only stretch that makes me feel it in my lower back.

When I weight down between sets I put the plates that I need to remove on the outside. For my squat, for example, I do a high-rep third set at like 90 lbs less than my first two sets, so I'll put a 45 on each side so it's easier to weight down.

Working on tucking my elbows and lowering the bar to the top of my abs on the bench. Feels weird man. I have a hard time tucking my elbows, either end up doing a full tuck like on a close grip bench or doing shit flared elbow technique.

How did you calculate it out to be 900? Was it labeled? That's the toughest part about eating out anywhere imho is when there's no nutritional info to log properly.
