Strength is maintained no problem. I can't do as much volume but i'm still pushing decent numbers. LBM i'm not sure. I feel smaller but not much leaner but that might just be intramuscular fat and water weight. I'm able to maintain all the "important" muscles at least. Not being able to squat or deadlift due to my ab strain is really frustrating, because I feel like it's holding me back. I'm going to add yoga twice a week to hopefully speed my ab strain healing. Behaviorally, i'm doing great. I can power through the morning no problem with water/coffee/tea (I just bought a big box of green tea to replace water for its thermogenic properties). My biggest issue is getting enough calories PWO day, specifically in my PWO meal. I could start doing cardio but I'm not sure it would help. Any opinions?
