1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Foot position is all on you. Depends on where you feel more comfortable.

Hands though, right below your shoulders. So basically let your arms hang down freely, and you should grab the bar where they hang down. Hook grip will be best to avoid any helicoptering.

TBH I've never read SS or looked at the program. I have nothing against shorter workouts, just don't see too many of them...at least in BBing routines.

Mine are usually about 30, not including warmup. :embar:

I need at least one hour for a workout, but they usually last for about two.

Not a doctor for another year. :)

But I put in about 80 hours a week most rotations. I wake up at 5, hit the gym for 1.5hr, shower there, then head straight to work for a 12+ hour day. Renting a locker there made a big difference so I don't have to go home between workout and work.

i wouldn't go that far. it definitely wasn't what it was at its peak, but it was still better than any other monthly/weekly show. if you've got recommendations on a replacement, i'm open to hearing them.

I have a hard time getting a good pump from "music for curling", despite my many efforts to try.
