High arches causes my foot to collapse, which distributes force shittily when I run. I have inserts now that help, but i'm getting custom ones (they're apparently pretty $$$ though :/) Might consider this. Also might consider some of my little brothers' adderall. Only consumed 1965 calories yesterday, because I didn't feel like my workout was a real "workout day." because i mostly just fucked around to see what leg shit i could do (weighted lunges, bleh).
