This was all good, but especially here = A+ POST
Everything that people has said is good. I also find that with people who are averse to changing their diet, qualitative changes are usually easier. Eat more vegetables. Eat more protein. Eat less sugar. Eat fewer starchy items. Etc.
Get her eating the right stuff before you try to get her to eat less of it, and at the right times of day.
Hey, GN, I saw that post about your feet. Did the doc say anything about Plantar Fasciitis? When I went for me physical a few months ago I mentioned to the doctor that I had been having a lot of pain in my feet, especially first thing in the morning. He said it was more than likely PF. I need to upgrade workout shoes to something with more support.
so i tried to hump the bar during a clean like you guys told me and i sacked myself.
^ start with light weight so you get used to the technique. My coach in college (South Korean Olympic gold medalist) told us that his trick to the gold was to touch the bar on the shins and thrust your hips to get extra momentum, so he was big on this technique.
What ECA stack do you use?
I have ocassional knee pain. Not when lifting, just they're sore once in a while. Probably similar to what your describing. Still max out squats erryday YOLO.
Knee sleeves helped loads though, get rehbands or something.
I loled at relationship with food. Strong women logic.
Foam roller came in the mail. My god so much pain IT band and adductors were horrible.
Quote: SuperFeet Black insoles.
For a couple years I had plantar fasciitis so bad I had to walk on the sides of my feet for the first couple hours of the day. Didn't help that my feet were/are pretty flat. Literally within a week of getting the SuperFeet Blacks, the pain was gone forever.
25mg Ephedrine(via Bronkaid), 200mg caffeine, 81mg aspirin
Where2cop on east coast USA? should I PM you?
It's getting trickier to find. I stocked up. The places I've found that regularly carry it are Walgreens and Kroger's pharmacy. CVS sells a different brand that has ephedrine at 12.5mg rather than the standard 25mg and isn't quite as cost efficient.
Hmm I thought it was dubiously legal at this point?
