Trying IF for the first day. Going to see how i do waiting until 1 for lunch and ending my feeding at 9.
Unfortunately., I can't do the "real" leangains because I'm unable to lift heavy. Gonna do some research and see if that works.
olybros should i bother doing cleans from the hang position? i can't pull anything off the floor due to my knee. i get that the momentum coming off the floor is integral to the clean, so is there any point in practicing from the hang? i watched ripptits video on it and the first part of the movement he teaches is from the knee. he goes on to show the pull from the ground but i want oly traps of peace so i want to start learning shit on my own here.

Um, what? You can apply that to anything, be it cutting, maintaining, or bulking.
I total between 4k-5k cals a day. I make sure I get at least 200g of protein in a day and I don't bother counting carbs or fat.

All of my clothes are a bit snug now. Still wearable, but not exactly ideal. I wear hospital-supplied scrubs daily, so I don't have to worry about it for work. About to load up on some cheap AA V necks to hold me over until I cut again.
