It is with great sadness that I bring my SS dirty bulk to an end. Aside from some dramatic squat problems (which seem to be improving + I have a session scheduled w/ charly) I've accomplished a lot.
Time for clean eating/carbs only post-work.

Hate new gym so much. Just working with 100kg today to get used to the weird barbell and rack. Nothing feels right. DId zerchers afterwards, struggling with 120kg, hit 135kg for 3 in old gym. Am not happy.
That SoundCloud set was pretty good. Where do you find out about this shit? That's what I really need - a constant source of shit that I can download. Listening to the same sets every day gets a little old.

i dont know how i lived without fractional plates before. i got a few standard-sized 1.25 plates and tied them to my bar with string but i am thinking of ordering the olympic set off of of ironwoody. 50bux for 2x 0.25lb, 0.5lb, .75lb, 1lb. .25lb seems like a little overkill but i feel like adding that little weight on accessory lifts weekly would guarantee ironclad progress. i hate jumping up 5lbs on db exercises, always messes my shit up. also thinking of ordering some more bands, what # should i go up to band bros? currently doing facepulls with #2+#3 bands. i feel like 2x #4's would give me strong band tension for banded gm/lower body stuff. only have #1, 2, 3 right now.
also, full-on one month of no lower-body lifting. no more knee pain but still persistent clicking when i put my right knee into full extension. feels fucking bad man, guaranteed i will have some fucking shameful noob squat/deadlift #'s when i come back. the plus side is that 4-day chest/back/chest/back is cruising, getting dat aesthetic and im doing unassisted pullups for the same reps as i was doing #2+#3 band pullups a few months ago.
these are hard and fun, do like pullaparts done on the bench better though. i wonder what the difference would be if i swapped the two out for a week weeks.
Put on a little weight. I pretty much eat paleo + dairy - so no grains or beans - rice once in a while with sushi, corn tortillas a couple times a week when i go balls deep on some breakfast tacos, etc... I'm over 5'9", 170 which is the heaviest I've ever been, just eating more. BF is either constant from when I was 165ish or probably a bit lower. Will probably try and clean up a little more and hit 175+, see where that takes me. Feels good.
I stopped SS and deloaded, started up greyskull lp a few weeks ago, approaching my SS numbers now
Bench.. still shit, got up to like 175 before deload, did 165 but felt like shit on wed cause well, i was a little hung over.
Squat, 300x5, x5, x8 - squatting twice instead of 3 times/wk lets me recover better I think.
DL 345x5 before deload, did 325x7 after a night of drinking on wed, so yeah.
ohp today, 115x5, x5, x8
I think the extra few reps really help me mentally instead of just going "ok 5, go sit down"
