1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

That feel when you head straight from the gym to the grocery store with that pump...standing in line biceps a'bulgin feeling like a true alpha..nothing can stop you. Men, women, and children be breakin necks mirin you....people giving you high fives as they walk by. Then out of no where a wild 6'4 shredded Zyzz appears and stands right behind you and steals all your glory. Your pump disappears instantly and spaghetti falls out your pockets.

    Do I even lift? :(

Its nothing exciting, didnt get a rack, just ironmaster dumbbells, olympic bar, ez bar + plates and a incline decline bench. I go to the gym to do legs. There isnt enough room in my garage and i have to keep moving equipment, the DB's are frustrating to keep changing the weights, and it just feels boring. None of the movements feel the same as in the gym, as weird as that sounds. But the gym is also shit because you always have to change your workout due to people queing for equipment.

Thanks for the feedback. What sort of lifts did you guys have in mind. I feel like my sticking point and the reason my form breaks is my lift off from my legs/using my hip as the fulcrum is shitty. I was thinking doing speed work around 250-300? What are some good core conditioning things you like to do MCB?

    Any other suggestions welcome.

Look like you need some more power from the floor and more core strength. Zercher squats paused off pins would be something good to add into your routine. Heavy, sets of 8 work well.

That doesn't mean you should stop deadlifting. Keep deadlifting. Just lower the weight to something you can pull without getting pulled over the bar.
