On the obsessive side, but if you think you're the only one who takes about 5 multivitamins a day you're crazy. Think about Marc Jacobs...tons of multi vitamins. Great shape. :D

I assumed this too seeing as my front squat is just over half my back squat. DOMS say otherwise though.

Four weeks into groin/hip PT. Met with PT today, she thinks I have made significant flexibility and strength gains (I agree). However, I do still feel pain from time to time in the groin, particularly on movements that force my leg up into my stomach (leg press with the seat set far forward near the platform is a good example). She suggested a cortisone shot to try and "get me over the hump" on the lingering pain. Good idea? Bad idea? Anyone had experience with cortisone shots?

Noticing my traps are starting to get MUCH bigger once I added hang cleans and upright rows to my routine. Thinking about ditching shrugs altogether as I hate them, I always make goofy faces while doing them, and they never seemed to increase trap size.

I have fairly big traps and shrugs never did shit for me until I switched to power shrugs with heavy weights and a really aggressive motion - if that makes any sense.

This x 100. When in doubt, just go with a linear progression, especially at that weight. I started out at ~185lbs in April, I'm now about 210. I didn't miss any workouts and ate a lot, but I used to think I was a hard gainer until I actually committed to it.

I need to start recording my lifts. Is there any good Iphone tripod that i can take the the gym with me? I have a 4s and feel silly buying a video camera when i carry a great one around with me everyday.

You can get a gorillapod (or a knock off). Easy to use and you can mount it pretty much anywhere.

I may need to have my nose cauterized. Anyone had it done? Sounds painful. I'm thinking of cauterizing as that thing medieval brahs did where they melted cuts shut with a hot iron. Is it the same thing? I lost like a third of my septum last year and for some reason I've been getting constant nose bleeds in where the bit is missing.

Although, it seems to have a large amount of machines relative to free weights. But hard to see in all the pictures. Awesome place regardless!
