And if you need further proof from other guys stronger than you.. you can contact John Pinder (elite total) and ask him. Or you can ask my friend Jason Manenkoff (I think he's currently ranked #2 in the world for bench in the 165-lb class).

You can tell either of them that Charly sent you.

Hey man I never said that every single time someone does it that it's going to hurt. I said they're bad on your elbows then later clarified what I meant. You can do any lift with poor form and not necessarily get hurt.

Hell, keep doing them if you want; IMO I would never recommend them to anyone especially when the tricep extension is just as effective and much safer. There is no point to unnecessarily risk getting hurt. And even if you "incorporate it properly" it doesn't matter because the "proper form" of the lift is what puts excess pressure on the bursa and increases the chance of bursitis.

I dunno, I do skullcrushers with light weights for 3x15 twice a week over a month now, and my elbow pain that has been bothering me for half a year is no more.

In fact gonna do them later to finish the week's quota.

Also, how to lift with two sprained fingers??? Injured them during basketball practice and I now cant even make a fist.

Then I guess I just took your statement a bit wrong. I thought you were saying exactly what's bolded.

Like any movement, they need to be incorporated into your routine properly or else it will increase the risk of an injury.

Yeah, lighter weight high-rep skullcrushers have done the same for my elbow. They make my elbows feel a ton better which is why I go heavy some weeks and lighter other weeks.

As for your fingers, a lot of pressing movements can still be done since your thumb will secured the bar/weight in your hand. But be smart about it.

As for pulling movements, use some straps on everything for the time being to lessen involvement of your fingers.

this is pretty ridiculous but today marks the one week mark of me eating John Pinder's diet and it's insane how slim I look already. I'm not sure how so much can change in a week but it feels awesome, I also feel like I look "bigger". I also really like his program he wrote for me and it's something I would write if only I was smarter.

good stuff, i still think 90% of the posters itt would benefit from doing what you did. anyone who spends any amount of money on their training really owes it to themselves to sign up for a few months. take some before shots, follow the diet and get back at us in 6 months, shit will be shocking.

i have decided 8 hours of liss cardio daily is a good thing. lunch was 2 burgers, 4 slices of pizza, steak, and ice cream cake. brb going back for second piece of cheesecake on a non-cheat day. eating like a greedy fatass makes me lean bulk, come at me calorie counting.
