Holy shitaki, that's frightening. The fact that he could stand there before falling is bizarre. Don't know how to diagnose, but talk about the limits of exertion.

I've never fainted, but I've definitely had to sit down once or twice after a really heavy lift.
Post exertion drop of blood pressure around the head or some such business. It's pretty common. This is foreign to you?

Fainted a few weeks ago on a heavy 8 rep set. Wasn't immediately after lifting, maybe 5 minutes later.
