    I can't fucking eat any more. I don't know how I can do this. How do fat people get fat? Do they literally just drink soda and eat cake all day?

    Cars broken down, no gym. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU WTF MAN WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO IM GONNA DIE MY LEGS ARE GONNA MELT AWAY. Might go try find something I can do pull ups on, but Cambridge is supposed to get as much rain as we usually get in a month over the next 2 days. I could take the bus, but brb wearing oly shoes, knee sleeves and having a belt hung over my shoulder. Would look like a massive retard.

    Unrelated, just bought ff7 crisis core and ff12. Bought ff4 like a week or 2 ago. Brb reliving my childhood. Have 4,7,8,9,10 and 10-2 now, what other ones should I buy? May buy tactics.

    Haha yup. Currently eating: 1 bunch of grapes, 1 can grape leaves (hey I saw it on the shelves and I love them), 200g couscous, 400g lentils, 300g chicken tenderloins.

    No. Some people are just morons about their training, nutrition, and lack the ability to be consistent.

    "I'm a non-responder"

    "How often do you train?"

    "Well I took the last 3 months off but before that I was going 2-3 times a week and now I'm going 5x a week"

    Then the cycle repeats.

    I appreciate the comments suggesting that the only way to really count macros / cals is to calculated everything beforehand. It is something that I never thought of before, but it really makes a lot of sense if someone is having any difficulty managing.

    Here's me after 4 days on leangains. I hope to have some decent progress to show after 1 additional week, but I don't expect anything crazy. Here's hoping for a six-pack!

    I've had success with this in the past. It's made a lot easier if you can handle eating essentially the same couple of meals over and over.

    Sure, but some people are exercise non-responders. Not sure if it is relevant for weight bearing exercise though. The only things I've read all measured response to aerobic activity, and yes some people are genuinely exercise non-responders.

    Incidence of skinny guys who are exercise non responders is probably similar to the incidence of fat people with thyroid issues.
