1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

if you wouldve managed to stick internal rotation in there somehow I would've said youre pretty hc OCD. Now, i just admire your devotion to better mobility.

Style forums, I start macro economics today so be prepared to have macro econ related lifting statuses. Gonna take modafinil and read the whole book in 2 days maybe.

Jewish brah is starting another ephedrine cycle tomorrow, his new plan is not to eat for 2 weeks, seems legit.

Yesterday, I got this idea of not taking a job in the upcoming summer and not go on any vacations or events of any sort. I'd move home to my parents (I'm 21) and spend every day lifting, eating and doing mobility work. It seemed like a good idea at the time, haha.

Like this idea. Some of my favorite times was 4months after graduating college. I was waiting for my girlfriend to finish her pre relocating work before we moved. I was living at my moms house and all i did was lift with friends, eat, hungout with a person who had 0 furniture (which gave me the futon mattress idea), played video games, and went to the beach.

Something lulzy I heard at the gym the other day. "Dude, we're like the only real lifters here cause we olympic lift." Proceeded with bragging about how he was stalled on some lift for several weeks cause that's just how oly lifting goes. I commend those who oly lift seriously and want to compete, but to pretend it's the only real lifting regimen is just

Yeah, that was my guess as well.
I will continue my bulk for a while but as soon as I get over 15-16, it's time to cut. My face is starting to look fat and I've gotten a pretty big booty. All my fat seems to go there and to the thighs. I probably should just go on with it and make more noob gains but I can't stand looking out of shape and not fitting into clothes.

realized instead of lifting monday tuesday wednesday friday I could lift saturday sunday tuesday wednesday and not have have to deal with workout during work week bullshit.. also my girlfriend works all weekend so not like I'm doing anything productive.
