lol no kidding
My first ever bench was 135 for one rep in the seventh grade, and there were several kids who managed more than that...
I do hear you. No time to flesh this out, but I know this feel.
Started at 112lb 6'2", lift heavy and eat, it's not hard. I swear most people complaining they can't make gains just aren't pushing themselves hard enough. PR erryday.
Most people have responsibilities other than eating, sleeping, and going to the gym..
fucking aesthetics trump all are you not aware
It's worked for me too, but i can only imagine having gained the same 25-30lb LBM but starting at 180lb i would look joocy already.
I work 30-40 hours a week. Not too hard to fit in an 1 and a half session 5 times a week.
Didn't you just start working like a week ago?
Erm just over 3 months now. Started in late march.
damn my first bench ever was the bar in 9th grade and i was sore for a week
Can you link the tnation article?
Oh, it's a thread. Those are useless. Weightlifting and BB forums exist in a universe that have no basis in reality whatsoever.
