    My first ever bench was 135 for one rep in the seventh grade, and there were several kids who managed more than that...

    Started at 112lb 6'2", lift heavy and eat, it's not hard. I swear most people complaining they can't make gains just aren't pushing themselves hard enough. PR erryday.

    It's worked for me too, but i can only imagine having gained the same 25-30lb LBM but starting at 180lb i would look joocy already.

    I work 30-40 hours a week. Not too hard to fit in an 1 and a half session 5 times a week.

    Oh, it's a thread. Those are useless. Weightlifting and BB forums exist in a universe that have no basis in reality whatsoever.
