Also it's just funnier to wait until he gets into a rage because his lifts don't increase enough and throws a barbell through a mirror.

So does leangains protocol basically come down to this?

    Eating hours from 12-8pm.

Workout day: break fast with meat, vegetable, and fruit. Workout. Eat big meal including lots of carbs after. Keep fat low. +20% calorie surplus
Rest day: break fast with meat veggies and fruit. First meal is biggest. Carbs low, fat higher. -20% calorie deficit

gymnastics is fucking insane. it's one of those sports where if you don't commit to a movement 100% you're going to get hurt really bad.

chicks and dat dere balance beam is this real life

I have nothing but respect for olympic gymnasts, it's one of the most challenging sports one can do (if not the most challenging).

this is a thing of beauty

also it seems like beijing had its share of injuries, what with baranyai's elbow dislocation and zhang dislocating his pelvis on his 1st C&J

^ That muscle up is considered possibly the best MU ever seen in competition. I mean look at it, it's unreal. That's one of those things that people with no idea of how much strength that takes won't consider it that impressive. I've done gymnastics for a couple of years now and progress is slow, but worth it. I definitely don't have the body for it (6'2", now 210lbs) but it's fun to progress nonetheless.

In regards to "competing" against your own body, I think it's got to be the most challenging. Awesome video.

Weighted pull ups feel so alpha. Dat feel when wrapping a chain around your power lifting belt then hooking some plates to it. Fucking chain unraveled though and a 10kg plate hit my foot, was painful. Feel like a retard using mini plates to progressively overload the pull up. Did 11.25kg today. Figure belt and chain easily make it 15kg, but I don't want to estimate so I'm not including it. Some bro I know told me he benched like 110kg or something, but he included the weight of his arms, legit retard.
