    I was mostly talking about planks. Holding a plank for 5 minutes isn't that hard. Anyone who is serious about strength should have this as one of their goals. I don't know a lot of guys who can hold an L-sit for 5 minutes, but I know a few. My point was more that there's no reason to do any of these weighted until you can hold unweighted for 4-5 minutes.

    He says that once you can plank for 1min, don't go longer, make it harder.

    had my gf tape my power cleans today, asked for critique from a few people. 2 people said i wasnt finishing my pull before going under, Glenn Pendlay said I was pulling for TOO long.

    I'm tired of working out and paying attention to my diet. It's expensive and difficult. Can I just get muscle implants?

    Hit a brick wall today. Couldn't even repeat my workout from Monday (50x5x3). Press stalled. Put my calories up to 3k.

    Looking a little "droopy". Just look up a picture of a plank and you'll see - everything should be more in-line.

    Ideally, you want a straight line from your shoulders to your feet.

    Here, you've got a few things going on that are worth correcting:
    - it looks like your knees are bent. your legs should be straight.
    - hips are raised. drop them just enough to get that straight line from shoulders to feet.
    - shoulder are rounded. retract your shoulder blades. this is a very common mistake that very few people get right. even in the picture i've posted, the guy could stand to retract his shoulder blades a bit. the main reason for this is that your plank should be the same as the top of your pushup, and for good pushups, external rotation of the shoulder is necessary.

    Move back to china, buy test e or test prop as contraception, pin 250mg a week, never come off whilst not lifting and get better gains then everyone lifting naturally.

    I remember reading a study about how someone on low fairly low amounts of test and not lifting would get better gains then someone lifting natty. Feels bad man.
