Ones at my gym look shit. Need that small waist for aesthetics and hitting box squat doubles is gonna do less for leg size then higher rep sets.
On that subject my workout today was 5x2 paused box squat doubles with 152.5kg and 5x9 pull ups. After doing probably 1500 pull ups over the last month or so my lats have exploded. Was miring my wings as I set up for squats.
