That's alright then, I got this one http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/bodymax-cf475-heavy-power-rack.php has decent reviews on BB.com. Forgot to say I wanted the gloves though

Came in one 80kg box right before I was about to leave for work, took five minutes to get it from the lorry and into my garage. That pissed me off.

Just read in the news paper that my gyms being forced to remove all the weights because someone complained about the noise and my gym is in a community centre and apparently does nothing to improve the community. Wtf man the gym stops mr watts from being a bad man for an hour a day.

Just keeping you off the street should be seen as a community service.

By the way, is it like the community centre in Misfits?

Vegas was a bust workout-wise. my job had me moving boxes/working a booth for 3 days. I'd leave exhausted at 5 to get drinks + dinner with coworkers to pass out at 10.

Can't wait to go back to nyc and see my gym's kb's.

Mr Watts (not posting his first name incase someone awares him on fb) was complaining about how he was rubbing baby oil on some girls tits and then it got on him and he ran out of the room and jumped in the shower because it felt disgusting. Brb being a massive badman, brb scared of baby oil. Is this real life? We have some new lolzy people. Was talking to one of them who used to go to a more high end gym with a swimming pool "Why would I pay 80 quid a month to go to a gym with a swimming pool, I only lift, I'm black I can't even swim"

Dune, I don't watch UK television. Every show on it is shit, I hate british humour.

I love elbow sleeves so much, pressing motions feel os much more smooth. Weight doesn't wobble, feels like all my energy is going into moving the weight. Got 40kg for 3x5 on incline db and 36s for 3x5 on over head db press.

Boy I know keeps checking into the gym on fb and posting t nation articles. I want him to die, he's maybe 120lb, no one cares that you're going to the gym. Ill give it a week before flexing in the bathroom photos.

I'd only sell them on eBay, make £5 off it.
Cambridge seems surprisingly inbred to say it has one of the best universities in the world.

im experiencing inner turmoil between my vow to never talk about lifting to anyone irl versus wanting to help a good guy at work. great dude, extreme serious dyel though and ive seen his gym bag open at work literally overflowing with every which kind of supplement, 2 different kinds of protein, etc. not figuratively-literally; the guy must have spent at least $250 at GNC. maybe im being presumptuous and he just started lifting, but i would hate to see a good guy spin his wheels blowing hundreds on supps while weighing 130lb soaking wet. it would be pretty hard not to come across as a douche though, so im probably just going to keep my mouth shut.

But if he asks, squats and steak until he dies.

Back to squats since it's my worst lift... had a pretty shitty squat session last Friday due to GMing out of the hole on my max set (decided to dump the bar over my head instead of wrestle it up with my lower back and quads). Spent the week seeing if maybe it was mental queues/Mark Rippetoe fucking me up. I started looking ahead instead of down. Trying to keep my elbows down instead of back... but what do you guys think of when you're bouncing out of the hole? Rippletits is all about pushing the weight up mentally with your lower back. I see from other sources to think about driving yourself into the bar. I've tried both and they don't feel the same. Basically just trying to keep myself upright so I stop doing squat-mornings.

Looking for last minute advice before squats tonight.
