    Got internally rotated shoulders much bro?

    On another note I havn't been to the gym in over a week. Was going to go back today but I got like 6 hours of sleep last night and just not feeling 100%.

    I'm looking for something along the lines for strengthening interanl/external hip flexors/rotators. Also, internal shoulder rotation issues.

    There's not really a catch all link for it.

    I had terrible internal rotation from all the over head work in olympic lifting. I was completely oblivious to it until I started powerlifting aka pushing.

    This is a good check : Most likely if you work at a desk, bench, or curl you have terrible internal rotation and you should def start working on it.

    I wakeboard a bit when I am not normally lifting. So I feel like I am probably going to have shoulder issues constantly being pulled by a boat 20MPH+. Also, it's messing with my hips and glutes. While it is a good workout on my hammy and quads, it probably messing up my hips being bounded to the board. Thanks for vid dude

    Dude ya I could image wake boarding being the worse things for your shoulders.

    Ugh cant wait til I'm not sore and I can get back into the gym. Haven't done any squats/leg presses in almost 2 weeks due to some minor knee issues from the last time I squatted. Most likely I tweaked it from messing around non-gym related. I'm just impatient and wanting to work some overhead squats into my routine.

    You really should build your training program around the inbalances from wakeboarding.

    if it says what i think it says ON is pretty good. wish they'd do trutein. tests on growth hormones and heavy metals would probablky be too expensive right?

    I wanna see pics of the actor they used (no pic on IMDB). I know there's some CGI there but there is an actor credited for him, kinda like Greg Plitt was Dr Manhattan in Watchmen.
