    Just made some more high protein eggs. Was the best one yet. 6 eggs, 100g of feta, ham, olive oil and some fried potato slices. Tasted good. Feta didn't really mix into the eggs that well, well not as good as cottage cheese or ricotta. About 70g of protein. Don't know how people have a hard time getting 200 or so grams of protein a day. Eat that twice a day and have a 3 scoop shake. Easy 200g of protein a day. Probably could have used 200g of feta if I wanted to.

    I find feta + eggs to be a bit bitter, so have to use some sort of sweet wing sauce to counteract the taste a bit. But agreed overall.

    Question:

    I was doing deadlifts today and thinking. Is the distance from bar to foot very important? Right now I have the large 45lbs weights, in addition to other smaller weights on the barbell. They have the largest diameter, so the bar sits maybe 6-7 inches off the ground. Should I use smaller weights(that total to the same # of lbs in the end) so the bar is closer to the ground?

    The distance is important. The 45lb plates are the correct height. Just to flesh out the answer.

    Just had it again for breakfast. Fuuuark such a delicious high protein meal.

    Need to buy more whey. Any point in buying expensive powders? Prob just gonna buy another 10kg of myprotein impact whey and another bottle of liquid chalk. Might buy a pair of rehbands too, my cheap ones helped loads so I assume rehbands will be even better. Fuarking 4x the cost of my current ones, don't know if they're worth nearly $100 though.

    Thinking of trying something like this instead. Guessing they're more like knee wraps though, but they're half the price of blue rehbands.

    Not sure more expensive whey is worth it. On dat ON double rich chocolate tip 24/7.

    I listen to trance and dubstep when I lift. Can't listen to lyrics when you're moving dat heavy weight nam sayin? Gym sound system pretty much just plays biggie smalls life after death constantly. It has an ipod dock though, put the sound track from royal tenembaums on once. Dat feel when lifting to the fairest of the seasons, dat feel man.
