To be honest I agree with him. He used fuck loads of cell tech and wasn't that strong. I mean he did look good, but he could have looked that good without so much cell tech. If he had ugly insertions, didn't have dem facial aesthetics and was a manlet he'd look shit. I like him because he was a funny cunt and his trolling videos are hilarious. I don't even train like him at all. My workout today was working up to 3x8 cambered bar box squats all of which were PRs some mobility work and 30 pull ups. I always think natural body builders look really weird at competition level. Like normal body builders, but a bit less lean, significantly smaller legs and not all grainy. Muscles just look different then body builders on gear, not just in size, but in appearance, not really noticeable until they get really shredded.

Edit: I think the transformation is another reason people like him so much, he started like as skinny as me when I started. I find the hodge twins videos really funny too, but I don't really care how swole they got because they started lifting with a 185lb bench and 14.5" arms. I probably couldn't flat bench 185lb.

No big stand you've made there. I agree. He looks good. Seen much better. I wouldn't want a build like his anyway.

Also, dude is annoying and has terrible hair. (I found him only slightly funny, I will admit).

I've said this before but I'll say it again. Fuck that dude.

I don;t understand how eleiko stuff costs that much. Like $300 for a 25kg plate, not even a pair just a single plate.

According to the exrx 1rm calculator I should be squatting 190kg for a single. FUUUUUUU WHY AM I SO MUCH STRONGER FOR REPS.

Industry standard which means they can charge whatever they want. Nevermind that they're thin/can fit a bunch on a bar and they're made within a few grams of their advertised weight.

I think those 1RM calculators are bullshit.

According to them I can 1RM bench something like 285, but I know for a fact I'd get pinned underneath that.

Ugh another awful oly lifting day.
    Squats felt heavy too, fml.

One guy who weighs ~6lbs less than me hit 150kgx10, another who's a bit heavier, maybe 190lbs, hit 195kg x10

Got pain behind my left scapula again, why won't it go away :(

Tesco value. Like 70p for a fairly big brick.

How can I eat feta? Don't think it'll mix into eggs.

Why did I look at the art of manliness? So much pretentious functional strength bull shit. Oh you use kettle balls? Please tell me how balanced and functional your physique is

I would eat feta by eating feta, shit is delicious.

As stated, Zyzz has fans for both the transformation and the very widely accepted proportions / physique. It has nothing to do with how strong he is or how easy it is to find someone bigger.

You could put it on pizza. Currently using sainsburys wholemeal pitta breads as a base, tomato puree, ready cooked chicken, cheese, and then whatever else on top. Bake in oven for 10-15 mins. Macros work out good and for me its way easier to cook a bunch of pizzas and then eat them cold later on. I think that feta would work well, probably got less saturated fat etc than normal cheese.

Also tried standing OHP for the first time in ages today, feels SO much more effective at working my shoulders, DB presses i never felt anything.
