No bar with weight on it?
It's a litttttllleee too wide in the shoulders(the seam is off your shoulder), but the body is close to an ideal fit.
Also, undo your second button you nerd.
waist could use tapering
I figure the shoulders will adjust a bit after a wash.
indesertum: Waist, maybe, the issue is right around that area alwaus but this is about as best of fit as I've ever had.
In my experience you get maybe a quarter inch taken off the shoulders with a wash. It's up to you if that's enough or not. I think the rule of thumb is 5% shrinkage after a wash. There's not a whole lot of fabric between the collar and the shoulder seam.
And for the waist, just get darts put in.
That's probably all that could be done for the waist. I dont think getting the waist taken in from the sides will do anything for me..

can't say it's totally unexpected, as the preceding wk has been almost totally shit lifting and tomorrow I'll be back to my normal asshole self and right back at it
but for today my only comment is
Been working in more lighter deadlifts into my workouts throughout the week to force feed myself the hook grip. I was doing this previously on and off, but it's finally getting to the point where it's not as painful and I feel I can start moving up in weight.
I'm not a big guy by any means, 5'8 150, but I've been shedding fat at a pretty fast rate because of my new cardio. Nothing researched... it was more of like "I wonder if I can handle this" and just went for it. It's gotten to the point where I'm kind of addicted to the feeling exhaustion at the end of the day. Feel like I can just pass out, wake up, and feel 100
~60-80 miles cycling
~20-30 miles running
~Gym 4-5 days of the week
~15 mins jumping rope on gym days except leg days

Finally stuff is clicking for me, my pull is looking much better, just need to work my overhead position more. Coach is having me do snatch push press + overhead squat (sit in the hole for 3-5seconds)
I've snatched 80 but not been hitting even close to that mark for say a wk
also the fit looks aight, with the shoulder fix it should be money
