Not really, no. I've been told my shoulders are slightly forward but that was months ago...when I was struggling with tspine mobility. That has improved, though. I can hit an overhead squat without a warmup and shoulders are flexible. I do get pain in my neck/upper back (left side) very in-frequently, though. FWIW, I have some behind the left scapula right now, but last time my hand was tingling/going numb I did not have any pain. If you're saying it could be the cervical spine, I might give chin tucks a shot and see if that helps..
