^ecg stacks really help me get through a period of no food so i can eat better when i have time i used to hook grip but my coach switched me to a mixed grip (he said hook grips are best on guys with big hands -_-?). i really like it. i hold the bar in the flesh of my hand instead of on my fingers as i find i lift a lot more that way. occasionally if i lift too much my blisters will tear off but no biggie. just glue it back on and keep lifting.
