Just got my size M Inzer belt in and it's too big, f my life :( Underestimated how small my midsection is.

Shit is amazing though, best belt I've ever felt. Super thick, great quality, love it, it's the 10mm 'Forever' belt. PM me if possibly interested....you have the weekend only.

Lol yes, I was very awkward looking. Very very awkward looking.

Fucking hell D mash how small is your waist? Last hole on an inzer medium is like 28", feel like a fatty only being able to get 6 holes into mine.

Don't think anyone will care how I look at LSE, my sister goes there, hates everyone. Seems like everyone who goes there is an angry overly competitive singaporian manlet.

Seems possible that golfer's elbow is gonna knock me out for the longest stretch in 3 years. I was squatting, but my technique seems to aggravate it.

is golfers elbow the same as tennis elbow? If so I'm a pool full of knowledge about how to treat that.

My hips are like 33", my waist is tiny, about 29". That's what even at only like a 42" chest my drop looks pretty intense. I was an extreme ectomorph, started at like 125 lbs at my same height.........my joints are tiny.

When I get strapped in I'm laced into the next to last hole. It DOES of course work, however a Small would be more comfortable as I wouldn't have to go that far.

Depends on what you're running. Some of us squat 4 days a week while others (like myself) squat 1 day a week.

That's like asking about running every day. Some guys do 100 metres then stop. Others do full marathons.

If you're doing a full body workout you'll hit those parts three times a week :satisfied:

Oh that reminds me. I measured my thighs last night and they are the same width now as back when I did olympic lifting and front squats 4 days a week. I lost width in that section when I transfered to powerlifting but it slowly built back up... oh fuck I also just remembered im 20 lbs heavier LOL

Please tell me, I've had it for months.

Shit workout today, lifted on the military base. There benches are like beds, too fucking soft, you fall into them and ridiculously long so I couldn't do db overhead press. Just did front squats for my 5th day of squatting in a row lol.

So fucking hot in England, bought a bottle of dark bicardi, few bottles of coke, soda water and limes. Not a single fuck was given about nutrition today.
