On the weekends? Yeah, Saturday/Sunday, I average about 6-7.5k/day.
Lol holy hell. I'm doing IF and feel like I'm going to die choking down 3.5k cals over 6 hours. Can't even imagine doing double that. 'miring your stomach capabilities.
I used to do 13-15k in a day every Saturday. So much burgz, pizza, chocolate, ice cream... Wanted to die.
I pulled 405 today which is a previous pr. Felt good to get it since I didn't lift between January and April. I wanted to beat tgtfjk (?) so I tried 425 with a belt but didn't get far. The guy that helps me said it might be because I'm not used to it. Hopefully next cycle And then someone benched 455. Feelsbadman
I think I'm going to lift with a belt from now on. Theres an inzer single prong at the gym for public use.

In my opinion fb statuses are on the phaggy time, no one cares what your doing. I use fb for messaging people and thats about it pretty much. My gap year also consists pretty much of just studying, lifting (mainly lifting), working and going out occasionally. Will be more intradesting when im in uni in 4 months.
How old are you fuji? Uni? I thought you were in your 20s.

bros: feels like i had a squatting epiphany tonight (which all of you probably already knew and i should have already known). when the last rep of my max effort set was looking like a grinder, i used my hands to smash the bar into my delts as hard as i could. felt like the power of greyskull entering my posterior chain (no homo)
