    Jesus christ.. first day of my 8-week spurt of super high volume.

    First day back and high volume high-bar ass-to-grass squats. 4 sets of 10. And the a shit ton of other things.

    I threw up after my workout. And now I want to die.

    i dont think ive ever thrown up after a workout. i get too embarrassed and try and squeeze the contents back in.

    Hate really high volume, get ridiculous DOMS from it, did 60kg for 10x10 once with 2 minute breaks between sets had DOMS for like a week. Progress much better on very high frequency, like 5-8 sets 4 days a week

    I don't want to divulge all of it.

    But let's say I started off with..

    Working sets are in bold.

    High-bar ATG Squats, beltless
    - bar x 10
    - 135 x 10
    - 225 x 4
    - 225 x 10
    - 245 x 10
    - 265 x 10
    - 265 x 10

    Leg Press
    - 8 plates x 15 + 15 + 15

    Banded Good Mornings, 50# db each hand
    - #4 x 10
    - #4 + #3 x 10 + 10

    and other accessory work...


    None of it was particularly heavy. But extremely taxing to my cardio. Need to add weight slowly.

    Someone posted something about style forum on a friends status on fb. fb stalked him, have loads of mutual friends. I am scared to be discovered if I eventually have to meet him.

    I hit like 45/25/30 on weekdays.

    Seems low on carbs butttttt.. I hit about 20/45/35 on the weekends and that usually about 500g protein, >1000g carbs, and the remainder fats.

    So I guess it averages out to around 40/30/30.

    I know one other guy who posts on SF.

    Then again, he's from New Zealand and I know him through this tiny straight edge forum, so I think I'm pretty safe.
