Bodybuilders probably cycle because running is going to fuck up their joints with their weight landing on them. 6 miles a day isn't far.

Fuji if you do get sacked I'm sure you'll still be the best member of the inbound team where I work if you don't mind moving to the midlands.

TBH 6 miles is almost nothing. I don't see it having hardly any effect on your lifts. (i used to ride anywhere from 150-200 miles a week)

I also imagine they don't do a lot of research into efficient running which would preserve their joints a bit, plus I have a solid feeling that a lot of dem sterons of abuse are rough on joints.

Might make a thread in the student room saying deadlifts are an unnecessary exercise SS won't make you aesthetic and GOMAD will make you fat. So many ripptoe ass lickers its amazing.

Why would dat der be bad on your joints?

Forcing yourself to eat several tins of sardines before bed because you haven't had enough protein is without a doubt the worst part of the lifting life style. I am disgust.

I would take one of those moving sidewalks to get from place to place if it meant I could further minimize the amount of cardio I do. :D

haahh. This post is awesome. I lift to help my sports and for some vanity. I'm nowhere near as hardcore about it as you, knucks, charly, and our lovable roidhead fuji.

I don't think biking to work and back will do anything for you, positive or negative. Biking for the purposes of commuting is like walking to work. Is it a little bit of activity? Sure, but it's not training. Will you be riding those 6 miles as fast as you can? Probably not. It's not far enough to be endurance training, and I don't expect you'll be biking at particularly high intensity on your commute. The result is that I'd expect this to make very little difference unless your current conditioning level is very, very poor.

Just got measured this morning. 68 to 70 kg, but from 14.4 to 12.5 BF over the past month.

mostly achieved due to sprint intervals.

So yea some cardio, esp high intensity, is needed if you wanna cut.

But then again, sprint intervals are part of my plyo for sports...

Dat feel when you learn the only race you can attend this year is in a week and a half and not in late July so you have no conditioning. I have the speed, just not the lactic endurance (of peace) that I need to slay this dragon.

    ...

    Fuck, I sound like Fuji.

In adult news, I have charged my watch so I can actually do a proper lactic endurance workout.

yeah we're talking riding 6 miles.. just eat more if you're afraid it'll put you in a bigger deficit.

as a disclaimer I do almost zero cardio as well but even I wouldn't consider the aforementioned bike trip the end of all gainz.

    e. cardio needed for cutting bitch plz

I haven't used steroids, natty as fuck srs (0)

Am considering a very light cycle though. Something, which doesn't aromotize and isn't very androgenic.
