I think maybe I'll make a video of deadlifts tomorrow. Will either go for a 4-plate pull or max reps at 3 plates. Either way, I'm bringing the pain train to my posterior chain. :)

Also, I realize these amounts are not brag-worthy.

You weigh like 165 right? Pulling 405 at 165 is very good.

Feels like your ear is open like when you yawn right, but when you try and yawn it doesn't go away? I used to get this when I would do dry land workouts when I played waterpolo. Have you been in the water a lot recently? I think its just some irritation from having damp ear canals.

What do you guys think biking 6miles a day to work and the gym will do for me (besides increasing my chance of dying at a young age)? I feel like my lifts might take a hit.. also I'm not sure if I cant do carb backloading doing that. I wouldn't be able to bike home after a zero carb day.

Havent squatted or deadlifted for at least a month, can do bodyweight squats with no pain and thought i might be healed, squatted the bar once.....still hurts. So its definitley an upper body only routine for the summer. Need to actually get a routine and get my shit together. Chest, arms and shoulders need serious work over the next few months.

Gonna take a wild guess with this, but I think it will probably increase your conditioning and help you drop a bit of body fat though. Fuarking shocking I know.

Stinger why can't you squat? Go see a sports physician or something.

I think it's mostly because bikers eat like pussies. My friend was an avid biker, he would even refuse to ride with us to the gym even though we were leaving his house, he rode his bike alongside us; and he had an awesome physique. It's only like 6 miles a day too. I think I could really use the extra conditioning and sunshine. Also there's this:

    "
Next, stop being fucking lazy. According to Sakari Selkäinaho, all of the great Finnish deadlifters grew up doing manual labor, which inured their bodies and minds to hard work. Likewise, Bob Peoples was a farmer, Lamar Gant rode his bicycle for extremely long distances and worked as a janitor, Konstantin Konstantinovs grew up doing gymnastics and playing judo in a tiny town in Latvia (which means he's cut more firewood than you've likely ever seen in your life), and currently works as a bodyguard. This means they were/are all highly conditioned athletes capable of mentally pushing themselves to extremes and possess the physical endurance to do so. Since World of Warcraft doesn't count as GPP, you might want to think about getting off your fat ass and doing some conditioning. "

But not when they aren't cutting. And I don't know of ANY who cycle 6 miles a day.
