    desk job is fucking up my lower back, feelsbadman. paused squats + paused gms + band bad girls = feelsbetterman.

    I'm on dat fresh food brah, not grocery. I just stack juice and sandwiches for 10 hours. Apparently i'm really slow at it, do a bad job of it and don't really know what I'm doing. It's surprisingly confusing, cereal. Been threatened to be fired twice, feels bad man. Brah always screaming at me. He's also like 6'7" so he can see over the isles at people. He jelly he didn't stop growing at the height of the gods.

    3 weeks into clean bulk...4 pounds of non-water weight gained so far. Feelsgood to finally have my lifts increasing again.

    see if it's possible to get a standing desk, those are way better overall.

    clean bulk is awesome. and come cut time, you have to shed maybe a couple pounds.

    crappiest lifting in a couple of months, from the moment I started my warmups i just felt totally off. timing and positioning were absolutely horrible and had no feel for the bar whatsoever. so after maybe 30min of watching me fuck up, coach just told me to do some barbell work, squat and go home

    shit times were had by all.

    have to snatch and cj again on saturday so fuck you CNS fatigue

    I competed at 68kilo bodyweight (lol when i started powerlifting i was so happy to not worry about weight). Competition prs were 78kilo snatch 92kilo CJ. Im still really happy about what i accolished and i miss snatching

    Put up 36kg dbs for 3x5 on overhead press today, dat feel when my 3rm on very low incline is 40kg, is this real life?

    Organic peanut butter is disgusting. It makes that gross oil, which tastes really bad. Dat der skippys peanut butter, hnnnnnnnnnng.

    I don't know why the fat power lifters at the gym hate me so much. Always looking at me with disgust. Was doing rack pulls with 205kg and this fat manlet who thinks he is a powerlifter was just glaring at me. He was pulling 140kg though so he's not really a powerlifter. Also my gym has no air conditioning and it was boiling today so all the plates felt wet and the mirrors were foggy, was disgusting.

    rack pulls with 205kg???

    are you supposed to be able to rack pull more than you can deadlift?

    well duh. i guess that makes sense

    deadlift should be around 200kg anyway, but it's sumo and rackpulls are conventional. Not that I deadlift anyway.
