13% shouldn't even be an issue. Getting from 10% to 8% is a pain in the ASS, though.
Dude I couldn't even imagine doing 10-8%. More power to the people that can do that. I would have to drop some bulk to do 10% and at that point i'd just look like a stringy fucker.
I think I'm getting fired soon anyway so I can go back t training 5 days a week. Boss is a beta bitch male. Such a moody kunt.
Coldsnap haven't you only been lifting a few months? 13% at 170lb and 5'8" or so is pretty big.

I have, in the words of my osteopath, 'jammed my thorax' - upper back, shoulder and ribs all got crunched together somehow. i think its a combination of slightly incorrect form on heavy deadlifts and front levers, putting a lot of pressure on mid-back. cant train or do anything for a few weeks at least... although i know this won't change my body shape/overall strength radically, it's bizarre that i still feel anxious about it and have to force myself not to go into the gym... also, even though i only really do 3 x 1hr sessions a week, life seems much emptier without a training schedule.
Lost more than 5lbs in the last three weeks without really trying other than to eat more carbs and particularly salt. Feels good man.

Yep, I competed for 2 years. Trained 5 days a week. Now I'm doing powerlifting because I can't afford any olympic coach anymore.
Get a high quality ear syringe and flush it. Feels amazing.
Apk you should check if you have a trigger point where the muscle of your neck meets the back of the ear. That is one of the the strange things a trigger point there will reference to
