    I hit shoulders on my "power" day. upper body day is Bench/Flye/DB Row/Face Pull/Bicep Curl/Tricep xtnsn.

    My coach is planning a higher volume, lower weight routine for 6-10 weeks starting Monday.

    Put on some size/weight (up to 205), give my joints a break, and come back stronger.

    Next meet at the end of this year, at least 550 squat, 365 bench, 600 deadlift.

    I left the gym about an hour ago and my right ear has felt like there's water in it when I do something like only breathe through my nose. It's not constant, but still bothering me.

    thats not that much if you have 2 upper days? do back on a lower day especially sicne you like front squat and rack pulls for back, then you have 2 upper days to get all aesthetical n stuff.

    or take dat scrilla from you working and hire a good trainer :)

    Also i should prob do cardio cause im gettig out of breath while walking to hungry howies after workouts

    Come on. I know cheat days are all the rage right now, but maybe try dropping the shit foods for a while if the fat is still not coming off.

    I have problem with cheating too. I find it easier to not cheat on days I do the ECG stack

    I get really depressed and unmotivated on a low carb diet too so I've been thinking about eating carbs on the regular instead of bursts.

    This isn't no cheat day, this is real life! I carb back-load so yesterday and all today today I've had zero carbs, so after my heavy squat workout today my body has been burning fat for a day and a half and begging for some carbs and sodium. I don't eat pizza every carb day though, I usually eat a bit cleaner but after squats my body wants dat pizza to spike insulin for the growth.

    Mainly my frustration was if it's possible to get to 170-180lbs 13% bodyfat with the genetics I'm workin with.

    Had Burger King three of the last four days and Wimpy the other one. Lost about 5-6lbs in three weeks since starting this new job.

    Most of my success in gym and body composition can be attributed to pizza and pepsi throwback.
