    I saw a guy doing leg press on the smith the other day too!! I was just kind of staring at him the whole time.. our gym has two different leg press machines that were unoccupied at the time..

    I don't seem to have any of heart, eye or lung problems from it yet. Just the skeletal and even then they're not very pronounced, some of them went away when I started lifting, feels good man. Doctors haven't actually done the genetic testing to verify it 100% probs just them being careful saying I have it.

    Serious stupid question: When we watch Charly in his competition video, what is the weight of the bar and what is the weight of the standard plate that he's using. At those weights, I expected to see many more plates on the bar.

    Black plate = 100 lb
    Gold plate = 45 lb
    Tiny plate = 2.5 lb
    Bar and collars = 55 lb

    4 black, 2 golds, 2 2.5lb plates, and bar = 550.

    Ran my knee straight into a fucking preacher curl bench at the gym today. Knee is all swelling up and super stiff now, Imma be pissed if i cant squat tomorrow.

    Saw a gigantic black dude doing legit preacher curls with the preacher bar, and 45+10 on each side. Was impressed, considering most bicep workouts you see people doing is swinging weights bro style.
