Just a comment, if you are not fully dissolving it in a warm liquid, you might consider trying that.
Late last week, felt some pain in my left shoulder following OHP. Felt a bit tender after pressing and then really acted up when I tried to move my arm under my pillow that night (had to sleep with my arm by my side). Finally found a good sports PT here in Manhattan and had her take a look. She thinks I tweaked it because I roll my shoulders forward when doing OHP, need to focus more on keeping shoulders back and scaps retracted. Going to stay away from bench/OHP for a week, doesnt appear to be major.
Also had her look at my groin which has had nagging pain for a few months, hurt it squatting. She thinks I pulled it and the pain my be caused by scar tissue build-up. She suggested I try working it directly with squats at the gym and see how that goes - may just need to break-up the scar tissue. Kind of nervous about it but the advice is not all that different than what SS recommends. Labrum tear is possible but unlikely.
Got 40kg for a triple on dumbbell incline press, feels good man. Been trying for 40s for ages. Hate people who do db exercises and have someone help them to the top of the movement on the first rep so they can proceed to do partials, if you can't do the first rep why you doing it?
Theres this guy at the gym who absolutely hates me, I don't know why. I try talk to him and ask him about his training and stuff, but he's always glaring at me and looking at me with disgust. He just mad he's a fat powerlifter whose balding, weighs 120kg and has a 150kg squat and 120kg bench.........

People who check into the gym on facebook make me rage. No one cares, you're a 130lb skinny kunt, not a single fuck was given if you went to the gym and curled for 20 mins.

actually talked to our weightlifting federations head coach a few days ago, he had a lot to say about medication in the sport. was a rather enlightening discussion, but let's leave it at that.
