For some reason, when I don't have anything to buy I either purchase shirts from Epaulet or 10 pound tubs of whey from Dymatize. :D

I can't honestly fucking figure this out, either, but I keep outgrowing denim CONSTANTLY without even serious weight changes. I got up to 160 last Summer (unless that fucking scale was completely wrong) by eating ice cream and oats and the denim I bought for myself isn't fitting too well 9 months later and I'm at 149. Extreme sadness, I have two 3:16 straight leg sz 31's and a WG sz 31 and all of them are aggravating my legs and range of motion. Restricted range of motion is driving me fucking nuts lately. It's too hot, it's too aggravating, and I'm too old for it. When I bend over or squat at all, my ass explodes out of the back of them. Got a pair of red chambray shorts at Target and I think I'm going to wear them every goddamn day for Summer of Comfort 2012 and then sell / rebuy denim come Fall.

Dude i hate that feeling. My favorite pair of jeans right now is my APC NS that I sized up 2 on when I wasn't working out in anticipation of gaining weight.

Brahs they said its really important to get my whey protein in right after training or else my training will be worthless. Do you think meal timing is important? I want to get as strong as them.

Blah...I'm really thinking about ditching the creatine. The water retention is distributing in the worst possible way. I have striated shoulders, striated chest, and an 8 pack...but huge fucking floppy love handles. Donotwant.

Get some CEE. That doesn't make you retain water.
