Shoes feel shit, squat went down a lot. Have a really hard time driving through with them. Was hoping 8x132.5kg got 3 very hard reps. I am a very hamstring dominant lifter though and olympic lifting shoes make you more quad dominant im guessing so maybe thats why. Did some front squats in them too, felt weird too just went really really deep, like my ass literally touched the floor. Is this normal? Hoping I get used to them. Just did 10x10x100kg because I wasn't able to move big weight in them.

Dude I hate creatine. As a grown ass man I've pissed the bed twice in my life, both times was cycling creatine. I just recently started taking it again, not much 5g post and 5g pre workout but still I piss so much now. Last night I had a dream about Game of Thrones in Minecraft world and was trying to pee so hard and I woke up and was like fuck I just almost pissed the bed.
Hahahah dafuq? Never heard of anyone pissing themselves from creatine lol. I've never had that problem....just good night sweet abs. Was good knowing them while it lasted. The nice thing is if you drop the 'tine you lose the weight within a week.

I'm bored of my training, gonna start smolov next week using a 160kg max, numbers look piss easy. Will try fit in 2 bench days as well. Friend just box squatted 200kg in a belt at 165lb and he's 17 and has been training under a year, I'm jelly as fuck.

I remember you saying that you never foam roll? Make sure to start doing it a lot more often during Smolov. Just finished day 2 on week 1 base mesocycle yesterday (310 5x7 atg) and it's getting a lot more tough. Just eat more and sleep more.

Yup..time to modify my training, get more rehab work in (maybe direct glute, adductor, glute medius work, planks) ..
I've done the base meso cycle before, I already squat 4 days a week as it is so I'm used to it. Really don't think it'll be too hard. Also I'm generally much stronger for reps then I am for a max so like the 4x9 days will be easy. I want to get a lot of volume in so I get used to these oly shoes. Did front squats today in them, can't move as much weight, but the form feels so much better. Perfectly upright and I'm getting as low as I possibly can, knees nearly touch the bar.
