at 5'7" 170lb at 10% bf you'll looked swole as fuck. If you don't your not 10% bf.
That's what I want. I'm probably 16% BF at 172. In due time in due time.

coach said I'm best suited to -85, which means I got my work cut out for me.. 13 kg to go haha
been having a really hard time sleeping, can only sleep like 3 hours at a time so basically i just sleep multiple times a day. Never had this before, just last week or so. Really annoying forcing yourself to stay up so your tired enough to sleep then waking up 3 hours later.
Are you still taking whatever it was you were taking?
Nah finished clen cycle 2 weeks ago, starting another one soon.
Can't imagine that'll help with sleep.

Well, while not strictly true (and what is), unfortunately I find more in the way of validation from this than it changes my snap judgement opinion after watching 10 minutes of crossfit - erry one of those dudes looks exactly the same.
