    intradesting, maybe thats why im falling forward a tiny bit at the top of the movement. Will try racking the bar higher today.

    Talked to some guy at the gym, was complaining about ankle pain. He turned out to be a message therapist and explained how to foam roll to me. i assumed you were all being pussys saying how painful it is. Fucking hell it hurts so much, did my IT band and my quads, was basically in tears. After 1.5 years or so of doing no stretching or mobility work this may be necessary.

    Dude wtf you don't stretch or foam roll? Get yourself a lacrosse ball too.

    Also Fuji do you spend a lot of time on your arms? Since you're mostly hitting the glams?

    Nah, I only train arms twice a week. 5x10 preacher curls with short rests and 3x10 lying tricep extensions super setted with 3x10 close grip bench press then 3x10 seated overhead tricep extensions. Only train chest for 10 sets a week too 5x8 incline db bench twice a week. Most of my training is squatting, I lift 5 days a week, I squat on 4 of them. Never felt the need to stretch, I've got pretty good mobility, never have trouble with form or hitting depth, just in front squats it hurts my calves a bit.

    is this real life? Kid is uncoached. 250kg back squat 180kg clean and jerk. Does not look like he lifts. Triple bw squat.

    Some dude came into the gym today and did preacher curls with 50kg of plates, then went to 60 after his warm up. His elbow didn't change angle at all.

    Doesn't look like he lifts? He has like the perfect build for an olympic lifter. His thighs are pretty big...
