You're in China, man. Apart from Singapore and Korea, it doesn't get much easier...

They don't really fit small at all I think. Probably good for like a ~32-34 waist.

What I thought was a minor form issue is starting to turn into a major one. While squatting, when the weight is getting heavy or I start getting fatigued, my hips shift to my right right out of the hole and my left knee winds up caving in. Been stopping an inch or two out of the hole, shoving my knees out, and hoping this problem would eventually unfuck itself but instead it's getting worse. I'm assuming this is because my right side is stronger and my lower body is trying to figure out the easiest way to get the weight up.

Any suggestions on how I go about unfucking myself?

i'd say take a few lbs off so you can lift with proper form, then build back weight with proper form

    box squats

lower weights and then bands around your knees that you have to force out to get up

I can lift more now, no loss in speed / stamina while doing track BUT

    3 kg gain + 2 % gain in body fat !!!

How to get back to old weight and bf % while still staying as strong???

the bar rests on your deltoids which create a shelf for the bar to sit in. it shouldn't bruise your clavicle at all. and yeah, as close to the throat as possible is best as every inch forward adds a great deal of torque that your upper and lower back needs to counter. the closer the bar is to you the easier it will be to FS big.

not so close as to block the blood flow to your head or otherwise things will become pretty fun.
