wtf? I want to find a gf who plays Dota 2
i'd say take a few lbs off so you can lift with proper form, then build back weight with proper formWhat I thought was a minor form issue is starting to turn into a major one. While squatting, when the weight is getting heavy or I start getting fatigued, my hips shift to my right right out of the hole and my left knee winds up caving in. Been stopping an inch or two out of the hole, shoving my knees out, and hoping this problem would eventually unfuck itself but instead it's getting worse. I'm assuming this is because my right side is stronger and my lower body is trying to figure out the easiest way to get the weight up.
Any suggestions on how I go about unfucking myself?
